Man dies after stabbing in Newport, Minn.
NEWPORT, Minn. (KMSP) - A man has died after a stabbing early Sunday morning in Newport, Minnesota.
Authorities with the Washington County sheriff's office were dispatched to the 400 block of 6th Avenue around 6:30 a.m. on a report of a stabbing. Both a man and a woman were transported to a hospital, where the man later died.
The Washington County sheriff's office and Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are investigating the incident.
