Man dies after rollover crash in Ramsey, Minn.
RAMSEY, Minn. (KMSP) - A young man died in a car crash Friday night in Ramsey, Minnesota.
Shortly before 11 p.m., police responded to the 15100 block of St. Francis Boulevard on a rollover crash. When they arrived, they found Joeseph Donald Anderson, 20, had been ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 21-year-old man had gotten out of the car, sustaining minor injuries. He was initially arrested on suspicion of criminal vehicular homicide. However, it has been determined that the deceased was driving when the two left a local business.
The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office and the Minnesota State Patrol continue to investigate.
