Man dies after rollover crash in Eagan, Minn.

EAGAN, Minn. (KMSP) - A 59-year-old man died in a crash Thursday in Eagan, Minnesota.
According to state patrol, the man was driving his pickup around noon on Highway 77 at Highway 13 when he ran off the road, struck a guardrail and rolled down an embankment. The driver was ejected from the car.
The driver has been identified as Thomas Robert Niederer of Apple Valley, Minn. He was not wearing a seat belt.
A 26-year-old passenger suffered non-life threatening injuries in the crash. He was wearing a seat belt.
It is unknown if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
