The Minnesota State Fair is kicking it back to the '90s at the Grandstand next summer.

Fair officials announced Hootie & the Blowfish and "Weird Al" Yankovic will be performing as part of the 2019 Grandstand Concert Series. They are the first two acts confirmed for the Grandstand.

Hootie & the Blowfish will play at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22. Tickets start at $51 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7.

Darius Rucker, who later went on to his own solo success, is the front man of the group. Audiences fell in love with their bluesy, rock sound, propelled by hits like "Hold My Hand," "Let Her Cry" and "Only Wanna Be With You." The band is making a stop at the Fair as part of its Group Therapy Tour. Special guest Barenaked Ladies, another '90s favorite, will also make an appearance at the Grandstand show.

"Weird Al" Yankovic will play at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 27. Tickets are priced at $31 and go on sale at noon on Friday, Dec. 7. "Weird Al" became a pop culture icon through his many comedic song parodies, which include "Eat it," "Like A Surgeon" and "Amish Paradise." This stop is part of his Strings Attached Tour, which will feature a full orchestra at each show.

The Minnesota State Fair will run from Aug. 22 to Sept. 2.
