FOUND: Woman last seen leaving Walmart in Cambridge, Minn.

CAMBRIDGE, Minn. (KMSP) - UPDATE: Teagan Grass was found Saturday afternoon. She is with her family and is safe, the Cambridge Police Department said.
Police in Cambridge, Minnesota, are asking for help finding 19-year-old Teagan Grass of Isanti.
According to a release, Grass walked away from the Walmart in Cambridge around 4 p.m. on Friday and headed in an unknown direction.
Authorities are concerned for her safety.
Grass is approximately 5’5” tall with black hair, green eyes and was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, black yoga pants and black leather boots.
