FOUND: Minneapolis 15-year-old boy, needs medical care

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - Update: Minneapolis police say Michael Dean Carlson has been found and was transported to a hospital for an evaluation.

Minneapolis police are asking the public's help to find a missing 15-year-old boy, who needs medical care.

Police say Michael Dean Carlson was last seen near 24th Avenue South and Riverside Avenue South in Minneapolis.

He was wearing a black sweatshirt and orange pants.
