FOUND: 78-year-old Minneapolis man with dementia was missing from assisted living facility
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (KMSP) - UPDATE: George Horn was located safely Thursday. Minneapolis Police thanked the public for its help in locating the missing vulnerable adult.
Minneapolis Police are asking for the public's help in locating a 78-year-old man missing since 4:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
According to Minneapolis Police, Horn is reported to have dementia.
He was last seen at his assisted living facility on the 2500 block of Portland Avenue South this afternoon.
