'Donut Boy' donates protective vest to K-9 officer in Anoka, Minn.

ANOKA, Minn. (KMSP) - A K-9 officer in Anoka, Minnesota will receive a bullet and stab-protective vest thanks to a recent donation.
According to Anoka police, Tyler Carach of "I DONUT Need a Reason to Thank a Cop, Inc." - also known as "Donut Boy" - donated the vest through the nonprofit organization Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. The vest will help protect K-9 Officer Bravo.
The non-profit was established in 2009 to help law enforcement agencies. Since then, Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. provided over 3,100 protective vests in 50 states.
