Crash shuts down I-35 in Northfield, Minnesota

NORTHFIELD, Minn. (KMSP) - The Minnesota Department of Transportation shut down the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 in Northfield during the Wednesday morning commute, following a crash involving multiple vehicles.

The crash happened just before 6:30 a.m. at I-35 and Highway 19.  Traffic in the area was being diverted Traffic is being diverted up the ramp for Highway 19, and back out on to I-35 on the north side of Highway 19.

The Minnesota State Patrol has not released any reports of injuries.
