Another snow day for over 400 schools across Minnesota

The calendar says April, but the weather says January.

Minnesota's latest April storm has dumped inches of snow across the state causing schools to call yet another snow day. Over 400 schools and districts have canceled classes Thursday, including both Minneapolis and St. Paul public schools.

Earlier this month Gov. Tim Walz signed the "Snow Day Relief Bill" that allowed for school districts to wipe away all of their canceled days without having to schedule make up days in June. Some districts have closed schools 13 times this winter for cold and snow.
