1 man dead, 2 others injured in north Minneapolis shooting
MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - One man is dead and another two people are injured from an early Sunday morning shooting in north Minneapolis.
Officers responded just before 4:00 a.m. when an officer heard multiple gunshots near Emerson and West Broadway. A ShotSpotter notification reported shots were fired on the 1100 block of West Broadway.
Police found an adult man dead outside in the parking lot. Two other people with non-life threatening injuries later appeared at area hospitals.
Investigators interviewed people at the scene and canvassed the area to get information from residents.
The Medical Examiner's Officer will release the identity of the deceased man as well as the autopsy results.
