In dozens of cases involving attacks on federal agents during immigration operations, prosecutors have declined to file charges, dismissed the case or failed to obtain a grand jury indictment.

Texas leaders held a news conference at San Antonio City Hall to demand the release of 5-year-old Liam Ramos, who was taken into ICE custody by federal agents in Minnesota. 

FOX 9's Corin Hoggard sat down Wednesday with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz to talk about the ongoing ICE operations in the state, and what the next steps forward are. Walz says he remains cautious about any changes in ICE operations, and supports targeted operations against violent criminals. Walz spoke on the phone with President Trump on Monday about the situation.

Minnesota lawmaker Ilhan Omar and other Minneapolis leaders spoke at Karmel Mall Wednesday night after a tour and spoke about the community, and the threat that ICE agents are presenting to the area. Omar also addressed being sprayed at a north Minneapolis townhall Tuesday night.
