Royal Foundry Craft Spirits, a British-inspired Minneapolis distillery just opened the only operating cycle speedway in the United States. The sport of cycle speedway is a form of bicycle racing on short oval dirt or clay tracks where riders use single speed bicycles without brakes. The track is open for amateur and professional riders four days a week. Bikes will be provided, but patrons need to bring their own helmets.
