After two years of renovations, the former Ribnick Fur building in the North Loop is now French brasserie, Maison Margaux. It?s described as bringing a bit of Paris and the Moulin Rouge to the neighborhood. David Fhima and his team are behind the restaurant, an idea that they started developing three years ago. The drinks are unique offering unexpected twists like Cocoa Puff infused milk and Biscoff Cookie Butter Fat Washed Cold Brew. The seating area is packed with greenery and every plant that is named is for sale. On the other side is Pizzeria Social and a sizeable bar. It offers both wood-fired pizzas and thin crust tavern-style pizzas. The coffee side opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 3 p.m. The pizza restaurant opens at 11 a.m. The building is closed on Mondays.
