Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said the City of Minneapolis is filing a declaration after Saturday's shooting to encourage the judge to rule on a temporary restraining order on Monday that would grant immediate relief and would help stop the federal operation "that has been so harmful to the city of Minneapolis" that has resulted in multiple shootings and deaths.

The BCA also secured a search warrant, which is unusual for this type of situation, and they were still denied access to the scene. Superintendent Drew Evans says they will still investigate the shooting.
