Young Minnesota gymnast scores rare perfect 10

Perfect 10's in gymnastics do happen, but not very often. In fact, at the Minnesota State High School meet, it had never been done before.

Champlin Park's Chaney Neu’s perfect performance on Saturday is now a first for the Minnesota State High School League.

It’s not the first time the teen has taken the meet by storm. As an 8th grader, she won the all-around title for the first time, becoming the youngest gymnast to ever do so in Minnesota.

Now, with two years left, she wants to keep that streak going strong.

FOX 9’s Hobie Artigue caught up with Neu over the weekend.
