Traffic study finds most American metros more congested than Twin Cities
TomTom's latest traffic study ranks the Twin Cities as the 35th most congested metro in America.
Conditions for Twin Cities drivers have deteriorated ever so slightly from last year, when our roads were two percent less congested. But it could be a lot worse -- based on traffic delays during peak times, TomTom finds that Los Angeles (the most congested metro in America) is more than twice as blocked up as the Twin Cities, San Francisco (second) is twice as bad, while Honolulu, NYC, Seattle, San Jose, Miami, Chicago, D.C., and Portland (three through 10, respectively) are all at least 50 percent more congested than here.
