Overnight blaze injures firefighter, being investigated as arson

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - A late night Minneapolis garage fire that injured one firefighter is being investigated as an arson, according to a release. 

Firefighters arrived to the scene at 4347 Logan Ave. North around 2:00 a.m. Sunday to find two garages on fire, officials said. The fire ultimately spread to two more garages before crews were able to bring it under control.

One firefighter was treated and released from a nearby hospital for injuries sustained fighting the blaze.

Officials determined that the fire was set intentionally, and the incident is still under investigation.
