MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Shop for holiday gifts at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, check out holiday markets in the Twin Cities, or experience Holidazzle festivities in downtown Minneapolis this weekend.

Holidazzle is returning to downtown Minneapolis this week after being canceled in 2023. The family-friendly event will include live entertainment, holiday shopping, roller skating, mini golf, food trucks, visits with Santa, light and art installations, and more.
The popular winter festival will take place on the five blocks of Nicollet Mall from 6th Street to Peavey Plaza (11th Street) and runs from Wednesday, Dec. 18 through Sunday, Dec. 22. To learn more about the events and times, click here.
Minnesota Merry Market

Knock out some last-minute holiday shopping at the Minnesota Merry Market, featuring more than 70 local artists and vendors. The event includes food trucks, indoor and outdoor bars, live music, ice games, carriage rides, and more.
The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Dec. 21 and Dec. 22 at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. Tickets cost $5 per person, but children 2 and under are free. Find more information, here.
Illuminate Isanti

At Illuminate Isanti, enjoy a walk through beautiful holiday lights, grab a bite to eat at food trucks and vendors, or enjoy free marshmallows and popcorn. You can also meet the Grinch and Santa on select days.

European Christmas Market

It's the final weekend of the European Christmas Market, featuring over 70 vendors, a holiday train, European-style food, activities for kids, live entertainment and more.
The outdoor event runs during the weekends through Dec. 22. It’s free to attend and is open on Friday’s and Saturday’s from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday’s from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Find more information online here.
Minneapolis Christkindl Market

It's the last weekend to visit the Minneapolis Christkindl Market this holiday season. Inspired by traditional European markets, the outdoor event features 30 local vendors representing 15 countries, where you can shop for hand-made gifts, or try European-style food, drinks and desserts.
It's free to attend and is open on Friday's from 4-9 p.m., Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday's from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The market is open for its final weekend on Dec. 21 and Dec. 22. To learn more about the new market, click here.
