'Minneapolis Miracle' wins Play of the Year

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - The Minneapolis Miracle received the honor of Play of the Year at the NFL Honors awards ceremony.

The 61-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Case Keenum to wide receiver Stefon Diggs captured the win for the over the New Orleans Saints in the closing seconds of the divisional playoff game.

The play that brought every Minnesotan to their feet and seemed to capture the hearts of football fans across the nation as well.

Keenum accepted the award on behalf of the team. He said he knew how much the play meant to Vikings fans everywhere.
