Minneapolis celebrates Royal Wedding at Brit's Pub

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - Royal Wedding enthusiasts flocked to Brit's Pub in downtown Minneapolis to watch the ceremony live.

Plenty of tea was served as the crowd, dressed up with fancy hats, celebrated the union of Britain's Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

"This is history," said attendee Kari Rasmussen.

Fellow spectator Kelley Bevans said she enjoyed the fun atmosphere at Brit's Pub.

"It's a good excuse to get dressed up and wear a fun hat and be in a group that's just as excited as you are," she said.

Kim Randa also attended with her friends and family.

"I'm happy to see people coming to celebrate the union between America and the UK," Randa said.
