Man dies of gunshot wound in Crystal parking lot
CRYSTAL, Minn. (FOX 9) - One man is dead after a shooting in Crystal Friday night, according to Crystal police.
At 7:44 p.m. police responded to a report of a person laying in the parking lot in the 3000 block of Sumter Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the chest. Responders tried to revive him, but the man died at the scene. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office identified him as DeShawn McCabe.
A suspect is not in custody.
The case is still under investigation.
