Man dies after being found on sidewalk in north Mpls
MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - A man has died after being found on a sidewalk in north Minneapolis early Monday morning, according to Minneapolis police.
At 1:48 a.m., officers responded to a report of a person down in the 3000 block of Emerson Avenue North.
Officers found a man lying on the sidewalk and saw he had suffered "physical trauma". Emergency crews took him to North Memorial Medical Center, where he later died.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office will release the man's name and cause of death.
No arrests have been made.
