GOP donor Tony Lazzaro asks to delay child sex trafficking trial

(FOX 9) - Major Republican donor Tony Lazzaro is asking a federal judge to delay his child sex trafficking case into 2022.
Lazzaro says one of his lawyers is booked through the end of the year, so he's asking for an extension until January to file motions.
His co-defendant, Gisela Castro Medina, is also seeking the same delay.
Federal prosecutors aren't objecting to it.
