Friday storm causes flooding in Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. (KMSP) - Heavy rains in Duluth, Minnesota caused flooding and power outages Friday afternoon.

High waters made some city roads and intersections difficult to pass through.

According to Fox21 in Duluth around 3 p.m. more than 5,600 customers were without power in the Duluth area.

Grandma's Marathon canceled all of its Whipper Snapper Races due to the weather, but plans to hold all of its other events.
