Crash kills 2 women in Deer Creek Township, Minn., 2-year-old survives

DEER CREEK TOWNSHIP, Minn. (KMSP) - Two women have died after a crash in Deer Creek Township, Minnesota on Sunday afternoon.
63-year-old Lucille Rehm of Parkers Prairie, Minnesota was driving east on Highway 29, two miles east of Deer Creek, when an Oldsmobile heading west on Hwy. 29 attempted to pass and crossed the center line, colliding head on with the Chevy, according to Minnesota State Patrol.
31-year-old Jessica Lannes of Wadena was driving the Oldsmobile with a 2-year-old passenger. The child sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Alcohol was not a factor and all people were wearing seatbelts.
