The community of Barron, Wisconsin has not given up hope that 13-year-old Jayme Closs will be brought home safe. Jayme has been missing since Oct. 15, when her parents were found murdered at the family’s home.

To show their support, the Barron County Clerk of Court’s office put up a Christmas tree in the lobby of the Justice Center for Jayme. The tree is decorated with Jayme’s name and the word “hope.”

“If you believe and have hope, we will bring Jayme home,” Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald said in a statement. “Thanks for the smile and the continued support from everyone on this case.”

An AMBER Alert remains active for Jayme and the Barron County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to ask anyone with information related to the case to call the tip line at 1-855-744-3879.
