$5,000 reward: Suspect sought in Farmington apartment arson

The Farmington Police Department is offering a $5,000 reward for information on the suspect in an arson fire on July 9.

The fire occurred at an apartment building on the 300 block of Pine Street at approximately 9:15 a.m. A woman who lived on the second floor of the building broke her spine while attempting to escape the blaze by jumping out of a window. Read her story here.

Surveillance video captured footage of the suspect setting the fire. The suspect is described as a 6’0’ tall man with a medium build. He was seen wearing a dark colored t-shirt and shorts. He may have burn injuries.
