3 injured after pick-up truck hit by train
(KMSP) - Three people were hospitalized after a pick-up truck was hit by a train on Saturday.
According to authorities, the Dodge pick-up truck was traveling down Skibo road in Bassett Township when it was hit by a northbound Canada National Railway train.
Instead of stopping at the stop sign next to the tracks, the truck drove through the sign and crossed the tracks as the train approached.
All three people in the truck were taken to a nearby hospital, but the extend of their injuries are not currently known.
The incident is currently under investigation.
