Two people were killed in a rollover crash in Shoreview, Minnesota early Thursday morning, authorities say neither were wearing seatbelts.

The crash occurred around 12:45 a.m. on the 3400 block of Victoria Street. When deputies arrived, they found a vehicle that had rolled over onto its roof. The two people inside the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene.

The victims have been identified as Analisa Dominique Leal, 21, of Roseville and Jose Antonia Sandoval Campiz, 34, of New Brighton.

Investigators do not believe either victim was wearing their seatbelt at the time of crash, according to Sgt. John Eastham. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.

The Ramsey County Sheriff's Office is investigating the accident.

Eastham said the accident occurred in the middle of the Minnesota Office of Public Safety's Click it or Ticket Seat Belt Enforcement campaign. The campaign started on May 21 and runs through June 3.
