Winter Cycling Congress held in U.S. for first time

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - The eyes of the winter biking world are on the Twin Cities this week. The Winter Cycling Congress is being held in Minneapolis and St. Paul through Feb. 4 – the first time it has ever been held in the United States.

The goal is simple and international: get more people of all ages and abilities out biking more in the winter.
