It is part pep rally, part pop concert and it goes by the name of "We Day." About 18,000 students and teachers from 500 schools across Minnesota converged on the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul on Tuesday, Nov. 3 for a day that’s meant to inspire kids to make a difference.
