Asian chicken wrap
1.75 oz. diced chicken
2 lettuce leaves
2 Tbsp. shredded carrots
1 cup brown rice
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. Sriracha
Cucumber salad
3/4 cup diced cucumbers
1/4 cup red onion
1 Tbsp. cilantro
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Pineapple crisp
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
3 Tbsp. Rice Krispies
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pc. margarine
1 Tbsp. vanilla yogurt
