RECIPE: Amy Hockert's scalloped corn

 

1 Cup Crushed Saltine Crackers

1 Cup Milk

1 Can Creamed Corn

1 Egg

Teaspoon of finely chopped onion (optional)

 

Set oven to 350 degrees

Grease casserole dish or small pan

Pour mixture

Bake 20 minutes (until it sets)

 

Ready to serve!
