RECIPE: Alix Kendall's summer salad

(KMSP) - Fox 9 anchor Alix Kendall shares her recipe for summer salad. 

Ingredients

5 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
¼ red onion – thinly sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
Olive oil – 2 Tbsp
Red wine vinegar – around 2 Tbsp 
Basil – minced
Salt & pepper – to taste

Directions 

Mix all ingredients and let it sit before serving.
