In the Kitchen: FireLake Grill House's Valentine's Day menu

This morning, Jim Kyndberg, executive chef at FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar – Downtown, dropped by and demoed his Boneless Beef Short Ribs with a Red Wine, Roasted Beet, and Balsamic Reduction.

That dish is part of the prix-fixe menu available at FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar for Valentine's Day on February 13 and 14, in addition to the full menu.
