Du Nord Craft Spirits opens first cocktail room in Minneapolis

The beer boom has given nearly every neighborhood in Minneapolis-St. Paul a taproom to call their own, but craft spirits are driving the next wave: Cocktail rooms.

Christopher Montana and his wife opened their distillery – Du Nord Craft Spirits – last year, but they're now ready to open a cocktail room. Du Nord is now the first licensed cocktail room in the Twin Cities. The cocktail room serve craft cocktails, using Du Nord's Fitzgerald Gin and L'etoile Du Nord Vodka.
