SHAKOPEE, Minn. (KMSP) - Canterbury Park is hosting a Corgi and Cupcake festival. Corgi dog races are scheduled and there will be a cupcake eating contest along with other family fun activities. M.A. Rosko gives us a preview of Saturday's activities.
