The Richard Pitino Show debuts on Fox 9

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - Gophers men's basketball coach Richard Pitino joined Fox 9 Sports' Hobie Artigue and KFAN's Justin Gaard for the first-ever The Richard Pitino Show.

In the debut show, Pitino broke down the Gophers' 77-67 win over Illinois.

Standout forward Jordan Murphy also talked about his early success this season. He has recorded a double-double for 16 straight games -- that's every game, so far.

The Gophers are currently 13-3 overall and 2-1 in Big Ten Conference play.

The Gophers next play the Indiana Hoosiers on Saturday at home at 4:15 p.m.

The Richard Pitino Show airs Thursdays on Fox 9 at 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Fox 9+.
