(KMSP) - Coming off a tough loss against Michigan in week nine, Head Coach P.J. Fleck and his Gopher football team had some soul-searching to do. 

Minnesota had just one Big Ten win and only three games left in the regular season, with hopes of a winning season slowly slipping out of their grasp.

But with a 33-point victory over Nebraska and a .500 record on Saturday, the Gophers have found some well-needed momentum for the final stretch of Fleck's debut season--and the ever elusive offensive consistency they've been looking for all season.
