Vikings lay out skyway route for fans
MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - The Minnesota Vikings and the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority collaborated with the Greater Minneapolis Building Owners and Managers Association, the Minneapolis Downtown Council and Meet Minneapolis to identify a dedicated skyway route to U.S. Bank Stadium for the next two home games.
According to a press release, the route will remain open “until midnight for the Vikings-Giants game on Monday, Oct. 3, and will open at 9 a.m. for the Vikings-Texans game on Sunday, Oct. 9, giving fans yet another arrival and departure option for games.”
Fans will be able to enter the route via any of the parking ramps along the way. Over the next two weeks, the group will evaluate the route to determine the best option for fans.
