Thank you from wounded Minneapolis cop Jordan Davis

As he recovers from being shot over the weekend, Minneapolis Police Officer Jordan Davis is now talking about the incident and the response from his fellow officers.

"Those guys did everything I would expect they would do," Officer Davis said. "They stepped up to the plate. Got me into the emergency room as quickly as possible and got me the help I needed."

Davis was shot just outside of his squad car in north Minneapolis Saturday morning. 7 hours later, 43-year-old Andrew Neal was arrested in his apartment.

Officer Davis is now out of the hospital, recovering at home. Minneapolis police say a lot of people in the community are sending their thoughts and prayers.
