MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Financial issues and lawsuits forced a Minneapolis-based construction company to close up shop.
The Start Tribune reported that Thor Construction is shutting down operations.
It was the largest minority-owned business in the state of Minnesota and it made headlines recently for opening a new facility in North Minneapolis.
Thor shared the space with Hennepin County and Target.
Thor had also been a big player in the Upper Harbor Terminal Project, but its role became unclear while facing financial strain.
