Rep. Rick Nolan's youngest daughter has lung cancer

U.S. Rep. Rick Nolan was not present for the official swearing in of the new Congress on Tuesday, as his youngest daughter has been recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.

Rep. Nolan posted the following message on his Facebook page:
