Nancy Pelosi's husband arrested for alleged drunk driving after crash in Napa

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after getting into a crash with another car in Napa on Saturday night.

Pelosi, 82, was trying to cross Highway 29 when his Porsche was struck by a driver in a Jeep at 10:26 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP said that Pelosi was driving under the influence and booked him into a Napa County jail on suspicion of two DUI misdemeanors. 

He bailed out of jail Sunday morning.

The driver of the Jeep was not arrested. Neither Pelosi nor the Jeep driver was injured. 

Nancy Pelosi's spokesperson declined to comment on the arrest.

The Pelosis own a home in St. Helena.
