Murder trial begins 3 years after Danielle Jelinek's disappearance

Danielle Jelinek disappeared more than 3 years ago. Tuesday morning, jury selection begins in the long-awaited murder trial of her former boyfriend, Aaron Schnagl.

Schnagl is charged with third-degree murder for allegedly providing the cocaine that ultimately led to Jelinek's death. Jelinek was reported missing in December 2013, and her body was recovered in May 2014 from a lake near Schnagl's home in Chisago Lakes Township.

Schnagl is already in jail on drug charges. Jury selection is expected to take a couple days.
