BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (KMSP) - UPDATE: Vernon has been found safe, according to Bloomington police.

Bloomington police are asking the public's help to find a missing vulnerable adult, according to Bloomington police.

Vernon, 75, has dementia and was last seen walking near W 98th Street and Penn Avenue.
