MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - One man was injured and one was arrested in a Minneapolis stabbing early Sunday morning, according to a release.
Police were called to the 1900 block of 2nd Avenue S. for what they thought was a baby that wasn't breathing. The officers dispatched soon discovered that it was a stabbing--without a baby involved at all.
The 32-year old victim had been stabbed below his right arm and was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment. His injuries were not life threatening.
The 52-year-old suspect was arrested soon after.
Police believe the two men knew each other and that there is no threat to the public.
