In the search for Joe Brunn, his pictures are as present as his spirit.

Friends, family and volunteers are hoping the third day is a lucky day in the search for Joe Brunn. Dozens of ATVs and horses joined a massive crowd of bright orange and yellow-clad volunteer searchers for a 10 a.m. departure Tuesday.

Brunn, 23, of Monticello, Minn, was last seen leaving Boondox Bar and Grille in Otsego, Minn. around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, Oct. 3. Brunn left behind his car and was last seen walking from the bar toward a cornfield.

Search dogs were out working the area at daybreak Tuesday, prior to the volunteer effort. Volunteers are welcome to join the search up until 5:30 p.m., with the final search continuing until dark or until Brunn is found.

“The outpouring of help to find Joe is nothing short of amazing,” said a post on the Help Find Joe Brunn Facebook page. “Together, we will find him.”

A $10,000 reward has been offered to help bring Joe home. A GoFundMe campaign to help support the search effort has raised more than $14,000. You can contribute at https://www.gofundme.com/e85wkyqs.
