Missing woman whose body was discovered in Jordan, Minn. was shot in head

JORDAN, Minn. (FOX 9) - Human remains discovered in Jordan, Minnesota last week have been identified, with the death being ruled a homicide.
Human remains found to be missing woman
What we know:
According to Jordan police, the human remains found on Jan. 28 have been identified as 46-year-old Tabitha Renee Justice.
Justice's remains were found after police received a report about a missing woman. Her remains were later found at an abandoned property off Quaker Avenue near Highway 169 in Jordan. Online records show Justice used to live at that address in 2023.
Her death has been ruled a homicide as the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head, authorities said.
What we don't know:
Authorities didn't say if any arrests have been made. What led up to Justice being shot and killed is currently not known.
What's next:
Jordan police and the BCA are currently investigating the homicide.
